About Us
We have been preparing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petitions in Colorado for over 10 years.
Much of that time we worked for professional Bankruptcy Attorneys.  This taught us the right way to prepare a complete and professional Bankruptcy Petition.  We actually did many of the interviews with potential Bankruptcy filers for the Attorneys that we worked for.  Due to our experience working for Attorneys we know more about the Bankruptcy process than other Petition Preparers.  We have had the opportunity to deal with possible complications while working for Attorneys and therefore know what to look for in people's situations that may become an issue with the Bankruptcy preparation.

As the economy has changed, so have people's debt situation and how much personal property people own.  Over the years we have seen that the Bankruptcy process has become simplified due to changes in the average financial situation.      The majority of Bankruptcy filers today have fairly straight forward debt situations. Most of the debt is now unsecured debt that is generally discharged in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Filings are only done in Colorado and within the guidelines and rules of the Federal Bankruptcy Court and in accordance with 11 USC Section 110.

BANKRUPTCY PREPARATION IS ALL WE DO

Don't be fooled by others who do not give the service that we do.  They dump lots of paperwork on you and then expect you to do all the work.  Other services will charge you hundreds of dollars or more and you'll still end up with piles of paper you don't know what to do with.  We have prepared and filed* well over 500 Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases. Do not let these so called "professionals" take advantage of you
